The Problems Faced by the Faculty members of University of Saba Region from their perspective

The research aims to identify the problems faced by the faculty members in University of Saba Region from their points of view. The investigation has identified the differences among the faculty members related to their point of view towards the problems they face according to the following variables: Faculty and years of experience. For fulfilling that, the descriptive methodology has been used that came in line with the nature of the research in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data. The designed questionnaire has included four axis: the academic, educational, administrative, economical and student-related problems.
The research community consists of (130) members. The research sample has been selected in the random method with the percentage of 34%. The research sample reached (43) members.
The most important results of the research are as follows:
The faculty members strongly complain from multi-problems according to the domains and axis of the research.
As for, the academic and educational problems, weakness of providing internet service, weakness of subscribing to international libraries and databases were the most salient problems.
The axis of administrative problems, the results show that no breaking rooms are available for the faculty members.
Regarding the axis of economical problems, it has been found that lack of resources for conducting scientific researches is the main problem.
As for the axis of the student-related problems, it has been found that students basically depend on the summaries without returning to the references and sources.
The results indicated that %95 of faculty members points of view are identical though the difference in their faculty.
Like wise 89 % of their points of view are identical though the difference in their faculty.
