Reality of the Practice of Private School Managers in Marib Governorate for Participatory Leadership from the Point of View of Teachers

The study is aimed to identify reality of the practice of private school managers in Marib governorate for participatory leadership from the point of view of teachers. The study uses a descriptive analytical methodology. The sample consists of 168 male and female teachers. To achieve the study’s objectives, a questionnaire is used as a data collection tool, consisting of 24 statements and distributed across four dimensions. The study comes to several results, the most important of which are: the level of practice of collaborative leadership by private school managers is high. The study also finds no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members attributed to variables such as gender and years of experience. However, statistically significant differences are found in relation to the variable of academic qualification for the dimensions of participation in decision-making and interpersonal relationships. The study recommends enhancing and promoting the culture of collaborative leadership and investing in it effectively due to its positive impact on the quality of educational leadership.
