Impact of Human Capital Development in Job Satisfaction: An Applied Study from the Perspective of Workers in Private Hospitals in the City of Hodeidah

The study is aimed to know the impact of human capital development in job satisfaction in private hospitals in the city of Hodeidah, and to reveal the statistically significant differences between the respondents’ opinions about the impact of human capital on job satisfaction in private hospitals in the city of Hodeidah due to personality and occupational variables. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher uses the descriptive approach. The study adopted the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information; the sample size was random (120), and the researcher reached a set of results, the most important of which is the presence of a positively significant effect between all dimensions of human capital development (skills and abilities, knowledge and experience, behavior, attitudes and values) on job satisfaction. There are also no statistically significant differences between the vocabulary of the research sample on human capital development and its impact on job satisfaction in the private hospitals sector in the city of Hodeidah due to personal and occupational variables. The researcher presents a set of recommendations among which are to transform the knowledge, skills and abilities possessed by employees into a tangible practical reality and investing them in achieving their job satisfaction, investing the positive behaviors and values available to workers in achieving job satisfaction, providing the appropriate climate and attractive environment for employees to increase job satisfaction, encouraging workers to work in a team spirit in creating creative and innovative ideas that serve to develop skills, knowledge and behaviors of human resources and achieve the highest levels of satisfaction for them.
