Controls of Legitimate Policy: An analytical Inductive Study

Abstract

This research is an inductive analytical study about the controls of legitimate policy. It is divided into two sections. The first section is about the definition of research terminologies: definition of the controls in language and terminology, definition of policy in language and terminology, definition of legitimacy in language and terminology, and definition of legitimate policy as a phrase. The second section has been devoted to the discussion of controls of legitimate policy. The research arrives at some important findings, including: the adherence to the legitimate policy in accordance with its principles and controls leads to the preservation of societies, the regularity of their affairs, and the permanence of their security. It also achieves the principle of facilitation for people in their dealings, livelihood and all aspects of their lives, and puts appropriate solutions to all the problems or new matters they encounter.
