The study is aimed to examine the opinion of interpreters on the conversion of linguistic structure in the Holy Quran. The study also seeks to clarify what is meant by conversion of the linguistic structure according to the scholars of rhetoric in the Arabic language, and to explain it according to the scholars of interpretation and authors in the sciences of the Holy Qur’an. It also makes an application on the conversion of linguistic structure through some Qur’anic examples and studying every verse in which the rhetorical transforming was mentioned, and explaining the most correct opinion concerning that. The definitions of the linguistic conversion are mentioned linguistically and terminologically. The study reaches a number of results: first, the linguistic conversion is a style used by the Arabs in their poems and sayings. Some interpreters have confirmed it, but most of them have rejected it. Second, the linguistic conversion is one of the necessities that poets follow in order to take into account rhyme and meter.
