About the Journal
Scope of Interest of the Journal
It is a peer-reviewed scientific journal, issued periodically semi-annually by the management of the editorial board of the journal, and under the direct supervision of the Vice-President of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the University of Saba Region (Marib -Yemen), and carries an international number: (( ISSN: 2709-2739 (Print) - ISSN: 2709-2747 (Online)).
The journal takes into account the international standards adopted in scientific publishing. The journal welcomes original articles in the fields of humanities, administration, natural and applied sciences, education, Islamic studies, and computer sciences in both Arabic and English languages. Manuscripts are submitted by authors from inside and outside the university, and they must not have been published before. The journal does not publish anything that opposes or violates the ethics of scientific research and human and Islamic values.
Publication Frequency
The journal is published every six months: in June and December of each year.
Peer Reviewing Process
In case that the manuscript is initially accepted, it is submitted to the editorial board, particularly the specialist, and then sent for peer reviewing to a panel of scholars in the same field, and the name of the author or his/her data is not presented to them. The reviewers have to express their opinions about the originality of the manuscript, its scientific value, the novelty of the content, and the extent of the author's commitment to the scientific methodology. They are asked to review the manuscript and then determine its suitability for publication in the journal or not.
The journal adopts a confidential peer reviewing system, where the identity of both the author and the reviewer is not revealed. After ensuring the suitability of the manuscript to the content area of the journal, the reviewers are required to complete their reports within two weeks maximally. Within two months at most of the submission of the manuscript, the author is informed of the committee's decision. If the author does not receive any response within a month, he/she is required to contact the editorial board to inquire.
In case of receiving observations from reviewers, these observations are sent by editors to the author to make the necessary modifications, provided that they are returned to the journal within a maximum period of one month.
Manuscript Acceptance, Acceptance with Modifications, or Rejection
Based on the opinions of the reviewers, the editorial board determines whether the manuscript meets the criteria for publication or not, and may decide whether or not it is accepted, requested modifications, or rejected.
Manuscript Acceptance
The editorial board has the privilege to make linguistic and technical modifications to the manuscript accepted for publication, and the author has no privilege to make any essential changes to the content of the manuscript after this stage.
Manuscript Acceptance with Modifications
The manuscript is accepted provided that all required modifications are made, which may include collecting new data or paraphrasing some parts. The author must submit a modified version of the manuscript, including a table showing the modifications he/she made.
Manuscript Rejection
Authors that do not meet the scientific publication criteria determined by the journal, which may include lack of originality in the idea, weakness in methodology, or deficiencies in data analysis and the manuscript that is not approved for publication is not returned to the author.
Archiving
The journal is currently indexed and registered in DAR ALMANDUMAH, ARCIF, Google Scholar, EBSCO Discovery Service and CrossRef DOI.

Publication Fees
The journal charges the following fees for manuscript reviewing:
- A manuscript sent from outside the Republic of Yemen: 100$.
- A manuscript sent from inside the Republic of Yemen: 20.000YR.
- A manuscript submitted by authors from the University of Saba Region: 10,000YR.
- These fees are non-refundable whether the manuscript is accepted for publication or not.
