Effectiveness of a Training Program for Developing Faculty Members’ Skills at Sudanese Universities in Constructing Objective Test Items and Their Attitudes towards It

على الرغم من الحاجة المتنامية للاختبارات الإلكترونية في الجامعات السودانية، يظل ضعف مهارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في بناء الأسئلة الموضوعية تحديًا قائمًا غير معالج، هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مهارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في بناء الأسئلة الموضوعية واتجاهاتهم نحوه. اعتُمد المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة (قبلي/بعدي) على عينة قصدية من (28) عضو هيئة تدريس. كشف التحليل عن فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي في مهارات كتابة الأسئلة الموضوعية، بقيمة (ت = 8.88) عند درجة حرية (27) ومستوى دلالة (0.000)، وبحجم أثر كبير بلغ (1.68) لمعامل كوهين d و(0.75) لمعامل إيتا تربيع، مما يؤكد فاعلية البرنامج القوية في تنمية المهارات. كما أظهرت استجابات المتدربين على الاستبانة اتجاهات إيجابية مرتفعة نحو البرنامج ومحتواه. في المقابل، كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا، تعزى لمتغير النوع (ذكور/إناث) بقيمة (ت = 1.158) ومستوى دلالة (0.257)، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق تعزى لسنوات الخبرة، باستخدام تحليل التباين الأحادي بقيمة (F = 1.559) ومستوى دلالة (0.230)، مما يثبت نجاح البرنامج مع جميع المتدربين، كما أظهرت نتائج تحليل عدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير المؤهل ( الماجستير، دكتوراه) باستخدام التباين الأحادي بقيمة «F» بلغت (0.951) عند مستوى دلالة (0.400)، مما يدل على أن البرنامج التدريبي كان مناسبًا لجميع المتدربين، بغض النظر على مؤهلاتهم العلمية، تُوصي الدراسة باعتماد برامج تدريبية ممنهجة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي السوداني لتطوير جودة التقييم الأكاديمي.
