Abstract

This study aims to analyze the importance of reconstruction in Yemen, its requirements, and the relevant stakeholders, along with an analysis of some economic indicators. The study concludes that multifaceted reconstruction processes aim for comprehensive political, economic, and social development, striving to create the conditions for a transition to lasting peace. Certain economic indicators play a significant role in promoting and improving the implementation of reconstruction processes. The study also recommends working towards a comprehensive national policy and strategy approach to developing procedures aimed at consolidating peace, promoting development, and paving the way for the restoration of growth and life during the exit from conflict. To consolidate the peace, reconstruction, and development project, the state must fulfill its responsibilities towards designing and building a successful reconstruction model in which it has a present role in planning, financing, and implementation, in accordance with its capabilities and the stages of reconstruction within it, while preserving the sovereignty of the state.
