The Role of University of Saba Region in Promoting the Values of Tolerance among its Students from their Point of View

The study is aimed to identify the role of University of Saba Region though university administration, faculty members, university programs, student activities, and university library in promoting the values of tolerance among its students, from their point of view. The researcher uses the descriptive analytical method. And a questionnaire is used. It includes (37) items. After ensuring its validity and reliability, it is applied to a sample of (120) male and female students, who are in the fourth level of the scientific and literary departments, and whose total number is (360) male and female students, including (160) female students, and (155) male students, representing 33% of the study population. The researcher uses the statistical program (SPSS) to analyze the data. The study arrives at the following results: the culture of tolerance at University of Saba Region particularly in the Faculty of Education and Science is average and its percentage reaches 72%. The study recommends conducting more student activities that promote the values of tolerance among students.
