Abstract

The study is aimed at investigating the extent to which postgraduate students at University of Saba Region utilize artificial intelligence applications in the learning process, the obstacles they face in using them, and the impact of the variables of program type and specialization on their usage. The study uses a descriptive research approach. A questionnaire was administered to 48 male and female students in the first year (preparatory) of the postgraduate program. Data analysis was conducted using mean scores, standard deviations, and a two-way ANOVA. The results indicate that the students' overall usage of AI applications in the learning process was medium, while the obstacles to their usage were high. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences in the mean scores of AI usage according to the program variable, in favor of master's students, while no statistically significant differences were found in the mean scores according to the specialization variable.
