Abstract

This paper، labelled “Synoptic differences between the ancestor and the speaker in the interpretation of the Holy Koran”، is a critical study that examinates the differences between the Salaf al-Solh school and the Speakers’ school، of Paramount importance; It addresses the negative effects of speech science on the science of interpretation، especially since many of these effects have become unheard of and show the innocence of predecessors in the way of interpreters، and indicate when speech science was introduced into interpretative science.
The main findings of this research were that the origin of the disagreement between the ancestor and the speakers in interpreting the verses of the Holy Quran was based on the principle of handing over the texts of the Book and Sunnah and not handing over.

It is also concluded that the definitive mental opposition law was the basis for deviations in interpretation، which is also the cause of many speakers’ creeds، interpretations of scriptures and sunnas.
